Communications, Membership & Information Services

The Communications, Membership & Information Services division is responsible for co-ordinating all CIEH communications and managing the services provided for our members.

Our work includes:

• Managing media and public relations
• Corporate communications and literature
• Developing the CIEH’s web presence, EHCnet service for local authority EHPs, and links to other information systems
• Responding to membership enquiries
• Maintaining the membership database and managing payments of annual membership subscriptions
• Creating the monthly membership briefing on CIEH activities
• Responding to enquiries from members and the public, using the resources of the CIEH library
• Internal communications, including the publication of a monthly employee newsletter
