Communications, Membership & Information Services
The Communications, Membership & Information Services division is responsible for co-ordinating all CIEH communications and managing the services provided for our members.
Our work includes:
- Managing media and public relations
- Corporate communications and literature
- Developing the CIEH’s web presence, EHCnet service for local authority EHPs, and links to other information systems
- Responding to membership enquiries
- Maintaining the membership database and managing payments of annual membership subscriptions
- Creating the monthly membership briefing on CIEH activities
- Responding to enquiries from members and the public, using the resources of the CIEH library
- Internal communications, including the publication of a monthly employee newsletter
