Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the "Shopping Basket". When you are happy with your selection, click on "Checkout" and  you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All transactions

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Switch. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. Account holders may also choose to be invoiced.

Deliveries

Delivery charges are calculated according to the total weight of your order when you checkout.

These charges apply to deliveries to UK addresses only. If you would like a delivery to be made to a destination outside of the UK please call our Sales team on +44 (0)20 7928 6006 and we will provide a quote for you

Please note: All UK deliveries are by courier and require a signature on arrival. Please ensure someone is present to take in the order.

Refunds and replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us immediately for credit or exchange. Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Please email orders@cieh.org or call 020 7928 6006
